Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

The majority of our items are shipped via DHL or UPS. In case an items may be shipped by a variety of carriers.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 ~ 72 hours from the order confirmation, and will take 2 to 7 business days depending on the shipping address and shipping methods that you choose.

Shipping Rates:

•	the delivery option you choose
•	the weight, size and dimensions of your items

APO & FPO Addresses:

Since Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted by our carriers, please note that we cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

International Customers:

As of now, we only ship to customers in the US, except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Island. If you are ordering from outside of the US, or in the above listed states, please contact us.

General Returns Policy:

iLuv give 14 days to return any unopened items. Contact us within 14 days from the receipt of goods, and get return authorization. The full price of the order less the shipping charge will be credited back to customer. iLuv will not accept returns for any opened item. Once the package is opened, only defective units will be authorized to return, and replaced by new units.

Please note that it takes us 5 to7 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Customer Service Center. You can view status of returns by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary at i-Luv.com.

Orders Returned After 14 Days

Items that are Not Returnable - i-Luv.com does not accept returns of the following items:

Any television 26 inches or larger.
Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
Gift certificates.

Partial Refunds - Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any item that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap.
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Partial Refunds Rates - Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 14 days after delivery: 75% ~ 80% of item's price.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.
Any promoted shipping cost also will be deducted from item's price.

Order Cancellation:

Because iLuv does not store credit card information in the database, a customer cannot cancel through Internet once the order is confirmed. A customer has to contact our representative via email or phone to cancel the order with in the same day. Once the order has been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order. He has to wait until the item to be delivered, and call us back, and get return authorization.

Payment Information:

We accept American Express, Visa, and Master Cards. Due to an increasing number of credit card fraudulent cases, we implemented strong measure to filter any kind of wrong doing, including but not limited to Address Verification System (AVS). TAX:

8.625% of New York State sales tax is applicable for the shipping addresses in the State of New York.
